Local Customers: If you're dropping off and picking up your units, update the "Ship To" address and select the "Pick-Up" option to avoid shipping charges.

Service Fees

$30 Minimum Service Fee (includes up to 30 minutes of labor) + cost of parts.

Additional labor: $60/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

$30 Service Menu (No Appointment Needed)

• Leveling, tuning, and calibration
• Unclogging

Flat Rate $45 Service Menu (Pickup in 2-5 Business Days)

• Assembly and calibration
• UV/LCD replacement for resin printers
• Z-axis replacement
• Mainboard replacement
• Firmware reflashing

Sales Tax: An 8.38% sales tax applies if the order is placed through our web store as a service order.
