  • Where do you ship from?
    We ship from Las Vegas NV 89109 United States.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes at additional cost (calculated at checkout - approximately $2-$3 per LB to Canada)
  • How long does it take for my shipment to arrive and how do I track my order?
    It's 1 business day for order handling plus 2 to 5 days of shipping.
    All orders will be assigned with a carrier provided tracking number.

Fulfillment handling time: 2-4 business days, cut-off at 12 AM

Orders placed by 12 AM PST will be fulfilled and assigned with shipping tracking information on the same day except for weekends & holidays.
Orders placed after 12 AM PST will be fulfilled and assigned with shipping tracking information on the next business day.

Shipping time: 3 to 5 business days

FedEx/UPS Ground (Delivery within 2 to 5 business days)
Delivery addresses in west 8 states (major metropolitan areas of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado and Idaho) will receive merchandise through FedEx/USPS

USPS (Delivery within 3 to 10 business days)
Delivery addresses in Mid/East coasts will receive merchandise through USPS postal service network.
