A. Order Cancellation (before fulfillment)
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded prior to carriers pick-up scans (it usually takes up to 1 business day to ship which means no cancellation charge if cancelled by this). Orders can also be cancelled after fulfillment - but it might be subject to rerouting/shipping/return charge incurred if any.
B. Product Damage/Defects & Exchange Warranty (after the delivery)
The following are covered under our store exchange warranty:
(a) Damage on arrival (exchange/replacement within 30 days)
(b) Manufacturing defects/missing parts (30-day exchange/replacement warranty)
(c) A wrong product/not matching listing (exchange/replacement within 30 days)
B (a) items arrive damaged (please report it to us within 30 days of delivery for exchange/replacement)->
We will arrange quickest replacement shipment at no cost to customers when a claim is received - please do us a favor NOT to dispose the external packaging and take 2 (TWO) pictures of external package (each showing 3 sides of the parcel) please to be eligible for a free replacement order.
*in rare cases shipping carriers might request damage inspection.
B (b) Manufacturing defects/missing parts (30-day exchange/replacement warranty)
We offer 30-day exchange warranty from the delivery date on all item including the damaged/repaired units. If there’s anything wrong within 30 days of the delivery, we will replace the faulty parts or the entire item AT NO COST to customers.
After 30 days of the delivery date: we will offer free repair services or replacement - customers pay for the shipping cost.
After 60 days of the delivery date: we will still offer our repair services or replacement with a reasonable case-by-case quote.
B (c) A wrong product/not matching listing (exchange/replacement within 30 days)
Please inform us through messaging/email within 7 days of the delivery if you find the item received not matching the listing description, e.g. wrong color/size/items. We will send you the correct merchandise.
C. Customers Remorse Return (refund within 30 days)
In (rare) cases customers have ANY issues with our inspected items, we strive to RESOLVE these issues by send ANY necessary replacement parts/units. However, if customers file return claims INSTEAD of giving it a chance of replacement/exchange, we may permanently restrict their ability to make future purchases from our store.
In rare case, we are forced to accept return, customers, the merchandise must be re-sellable: unused, un-assembled and in the same condition when received and in the original packaging. Return will be subject to 15% to 50% restocking fees if the item is returned in a different condition. For shipping orders, customers will get the refund minus 2-way shipping cost.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution. See the following table for more details.
