Drop-Off Repair Service Instructions
- Include a Detailed Note: Provide a written note specifying the issue. The more details, the better. For example, use "Buzzing Z-axis" instead of "Bad Z."
- Billing Policy: If additional, unavoidable repairs are required, we will apply charges at our discretion. For example, if a unit is dropped off for an LCD screen replacement but has a faulty motherboard, we will proceed with motherboard replacement first.
- Parts Cost Under $20: We will replace minor parts costing under $20 without prior approval.
- Labor Approval: If the repair requires more than 1 hour of labor, we will ask your approval before proceeding.
- Pickup Requirement: Units must be picked up within 7 days to avoid a $3/day storage fee.

$45 Service Menu (No Appointment Needed) + Parts Cost
- Leveling, tuning, calibration, eccentric nut adjustments
- Unclogging and print head rebuilding
$80 Flat-Rate Service (Pickup in 2-5 Business Days) + Parts Cost
- Assembly & calibration
- UV/LCD replacement (resin printers)
- Z-axis replacement
- eMMC reflashing & firmware fixes
Sales Tax: Orders placed through our web store will include 8.38% sales tax.
Service Warranty & Discretion Policy
- 30-Day Service Warranty: Repairs are covered for 30 days for the same issue serviced. This does not cover user errors, including firmware modifications, hardware alterations, or misuse.
- Shop’s Discretion: Customers must respond to our requests of approval, or we will assume it is not approved and the pick-up must be arranged within 7 days before storage charge occurs.
- Repair Cost Limitations: If the repair cost exceeds the current market value of the unit, we will decline service.
