📝 What to Include with Your Unit

When dropping off your printer, please include a detailed written note describing the issue. The more specific, the better. For example, say “Buzzing Z-axis” instead of “Bad Z.”

💵 Billing & Repair Policy

  • Unplanned Repairs: If additional repairs are found, we may proceed without prior approval if the issue is unavoidable (e.g., replacing a faulty motherboard discovered during an LCD repair).
  • Minor Parts: Any replacement parts under $20 will be installed at our discretion without prior approval.
  • Labor Time: If labor exceeds 1 hour, we will request your approval before continuing.
Pickup Requirement: Please pick up your unit within 7 calendar days of completion. A storage fee of $3 per day will apply after the 7th day.

  • $45 Flat Fee (Walk-in, No Appointment Needed) + Parts
    • Leveling, tuning, calibration
    • Eccentric nut adjustments
    • Unclogging and print head rebuilds
  • $80 Flat-Rate Service (2–5 Business Day Turnaround) + Parts
    • Assembly and full calibration
    • UV/LCD screen replacement (resin printers)
    • Z-axis motor or lead screw replacement
    • eMMC reflashing or firmware recovery

Note: All local transactions are subject to 8.38% Nevada sales tax when processed through our web store.

🛡️ Warranty & Service Policies

  • 30-Day Warranty: All repairs are covered for 30 days for the same issue serviced.
  • User Modifications: This warranty does not cover user-related errors such as firmware tampering or physical alterations.
  • Response Required: If we contact you for approval and receive no response, we will pause work. Units not approved must be picked up within 7 days to avoid storage fees.
  • Repair Limit: If the total repair cost exceeds the current market value of the machine, we may decline the repair.
