📦 Drop-Off & Repair Instructions
Please include a simple note with your drop-off: More detail helps! For example, write "Buzzing Z-axis" instead of "Bad Z." Include your phone number so we can match the unit to your request.
If we discover unavoidable additional repairs (e.g., faulty motherboard found during LCD replacement), we may proceed at our discretion or contact you for major changes.
We may use a small amount of filament/resin or replace minor parts (under $20 value) without asking. Anything above this threshold will require your approval.
If repairs require more than 1 hour beyond the initial estimate, we will pause and request your approval before continuing.
🔒 Service Coverage & Limitations
- 30-Day Warranty: Covers the same issue serviced. Excludes user errors such as firmware flashes, hardware mods, or misuse.
- Repair Cost Limits: We may decline repairs if the cost exceeds 50% of the unit's current market value.
🚚 Shipping-Only Customers
Send only the bare unit or defective part. Keep your build plate, UV lid, and all accessories. Smaller shipments reduce damage risks like:
- Resin spills
- Carbon powder leaks
- Scratches and dents
Returned units will also be bare units only — no accessories, plates, or lids.

- Clear description of the issue
- One note outside and one inside the package

🔎 Additional Notes
- Resin printers: return only the base, U-frame, and print head. [Example]

⚠️ Non-Warranty Service Fees
For non-covered repairs:
- Labor fees quoted per issue (e.g., blobs, resin leaks, poor adhesion)
- Prepaid return label required for unapproved returns
